A barbecue dinner isn’t complete without a mouth watering dessert.
Save the toasted marshmallows for the kids and throw some fruit on the grill for those with more sophisticated taste buds! This grilled peaches recipe by The Framed Table is so simple to prepare, yet surprising flavoursome.
What you’ll need:
- Fresh rosemary, chopped
- Canola oil
- Balsamic vinegar
All you need to do:
Cut each peach in half and remove pits. Brush the cut surfaces lightly with canola oil and then oil the grates on the grill.
Place peach halves with their cut sides facing down and grill for 5 minutes (if grilling on a gas BBQ keep it on medium to high).
Flip peaches over and grill for another 4 minutes. Remove from grill and drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
